UK orders only
Found by Dawn currently only accepts orders from, and ships items to, customers with a UK address
As we are unable to accept international orders, this details in this shipping policy relate to the UK only.
Delivery options and charges
Our shipping service is provided by Royal Mail.
During the checkout process, you select your preferred shipping method and category.
The following options are available (please note that the prices listed below are based on an order of no more than two items. Delivery costs on larger orders are likely to increase):

When there are restrictions (for example during a pandemic), we are restrict delivery of all items to shipping only.
Tracking
If you select a Tracked service and provide your email or mobile phone number when making a purchase, we are able to request a tracking number for you from Royal Mail.
This means that you will then receive shipping updates on your order. If you selected this option and do not receive a tracking number, please email dawn@foundbydawn.co.uk.
Delivery time scales
Orders received for in stock items will be packaged up and be delivered to the Post Office within the next three working days. Where items are 'made to order' there will be 4 weeks between your order being made and its delivery.
Naturally, time scales for any bespoke items or commissions will vary: for these orders fulfillment dates will be discussed and agreed with you, when you place your order.
How long it takes to receive your purchases then depends on:
- Whether you choose an item which is 'made to order' or agree a commission (in which case delivery dates and methods will be agreed as part of the contract)
- Delivery option chosen by you during the checkout process
- Royal Mail's current service time-scales and operating environment, which may include external circumstances out of their control
Exceptions to delivery time scales
Please note that delivery time scales may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Found by Dawn and Royal Mail.
Where circumstances outside of Found by Dawn or Royal Mail's control arise, delivery times may be longer than the usual service standards.
